The more time the better, but I am very used to working on short notice. If you’re worried you might have waited too long to book, reach out. I’ll do what I can to make sure your event receives the attention it deserves.

Of course! Whatever the restrictions or preferences, I’ll make sure the menu is delicious.

Depends on the situation. I’ll always supply the basics — my knives, peeler, ingredients, etc. — but if the venue comes equipped with cookware and serving dishes, I often find that those work best for all parties. If not, I’ll make sure to provide all that is needed.

I require a 50% deposit that is fully refundable up until 72 hours before the event. If you need to cancel after then, you will forfeit your deposit.
